I also wanted to teach how to cook mashed potatoes with mushroom sauce

All HOME MADE

Cut the Onions and Garlic into small pieces

This is hust picture of my mom's recipe. Haven't try to cook it by my own.

But this really taste good after we fried it.

Cut the potatoes into small cube then boiled it.

Remember to add salt into the water so that the potato is salty.

Prefered 6 potatoes, small size for a 4 person family.

Pour out the water when it is soft enough.

Put some butter. You can put as you like. But my advice is 1 spoon of it.

And then this is the product. Really look like KFC's mashed potatoes.

Then now the sauce.

Put oil into the frying-pan.

Then put the onions and the garlic.

Fried it till a little yellowlish

then put in the mushroom.

At this time put salt pepper until it is nice.

Then put the chicken stalk soup. If you don't want, you can boiles the soup with ikan bilis.

the soup will be sweet. Natural sweat.

Put in the soap and boiled for 3 minute.

Put flour. Stir it while you are putting the flour in.

Flour is to make your mushroom sauce not to look so watery.

Then put butter.

It is ready to serve.
